And here’s how it works:

  • contact Fass-Braun GmbH

  • Fass-Braun GmbH will offer you a RETOURSERVICE that is tailored to your requirements.
  • Order your take-back service ticket.
    ..It’s both economical and safe!

Fass-Braun GmbH offers a range of RETOURSERVICE options:

  • Take-back of industrial packaging in specific cases.
  • General take-back of all packaging delivered by Fass-Braun GmbH.
  • Inclusion of industrial packaging not delivered by Fass-Braun GmbH in the RETOURSERVICE.

The return of packaging is organised:

  • regionally through the flexible deployment of Fass-Braun’s fleet of vehicles.
  • nationally through co-operation with strong VIV partners and carriers working for Fass-Braun GmbH.
  • Europe-wide through co-operation with reliable European partners.

Fass-Braun’s industrial packaging reconditioning facilities are approved in accordance with statutory regulations. Recognised waste management companies look after the disposal of all waste resulting from the industrial packaging cleaning process. Because its journey is documented from start to finish, your used packaging can be traced at all times. Non-reusable packaging is passed on for recycling.

Conditions are determined individually by:

  • the reusability of the packaging to be collected,
  • the number of units to be collected and
  • the location of the pick-up point.

  • All packaging must be emptied as best as possible, i.e. it must be drip-free – “spatula-cleaned” – trickle-free.
  • Neutralised, rinsed or free of product – in so far as required for the last filling material.
  • Marked with the proper labels for the last filling material.
  • Must not have been filled with material other than that for which it was intended.
  • Must be firmly closed and sealed.
  •  Small containers with a volume of up to 30 L must be packed in approx. 200 plastic sacks (these can be sourced through us).
